Last updated: [date]. These Terms govern your use of this website and the AI image, video and lip sync generation service (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You may not use the Service where it is prohibited by law. One person may not operate multiple accounts to obtain free credits.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your credentials and for all activity under your account. Your email address is used only as your login identifier; we do not send email, so keep your password safe: password resets are handled by the site admin on request. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Credits and payments

  • The Service runs on prepaid credits. Each generation costs a number of credits shown before you submit it.
  • Credits are bought with cryptocurrency through our payment processor, NOWPayments. Cryptocurrency payments are final and cannot be reversed.
  • You are responsible for sending the correct amount, on the correct network, before the invoice expires. Under-payments may be credited proportionally or not at all, and payments after expiry may require manual review.
  • Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and cannot be exchanged for money, except where required by law.
  • Prices, credit costs and free-credit offers may change at any time; changes do not affect generations already submitted.

4. The Service and generated content

Content is generated by third-party AI models. Output is produced automatically and may be inaccurate, unexpected or unsuitable. We do not guarantee any particular result, availability or speed.

As between you and us, you may use the content you generate for lawful purposes, subject to these Terms and to the licences of the underlying models. You are responsible for how you use it. Generated outputs are stored as links to the model provider and may expire; download your results promptly. We may delete uploads and history at any time, and uploaded input files are deleted automatically after a short period.

5. Prohibited content and conduct

You must not use the Service to create, upload or request:

  • sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualizes minors (absolutely prohibited and reported to authorities);
  • non-consensual intimate imagery, or realistic depictions of real people without their consent, including deceptive deepfakes, impersonation, fraud or harassment;
  • content that promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm, hate or discrimination against protected groups;
  • content that infringes the intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights of others;
  • malware, spam, or content intended to deceive or defraud.

You must not abuse the Service: no automated scraping, reselling of access, circumventing rate limits or credit accounting, exploiting bugs, or attacking our systems or providers.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, withhold or revoke credits obtained through abuse, and refuse service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or the law. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings; unused credits are forfeited on deletion.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, its software and branding belong to us or our licensors. You grant us a limited licence to process your prompts, uploads and outputs as needed to operate the Service, including sending them to third-party model providers.

8. Disclaimers and limits of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
